Very happy with these lights which are bright and colourful. Remote control is useful although you need to be close to the plug as its range isn’t very good. A bit miffed that lights arrived today and M&S have reduced the price by 30%. You win some and lose some I suppose.

Nice light. However, the remote they come with doesn’t work. I tried changing the battery to a brand new one but that didn’t help. It’s a shame that we can’t take advantage of different settings without changing them at the mains which is a faff. Shockingly, the only way to reach customer service is via phone, which is very inconvenient…it’s almost 2025, there should be a chat and/or email option to get in touch with customer service.
