Bought 4 , one was smashed .got electrician out to fit and he said 2 of them have wonky fittings.So he took them down .cost me £50 for his time and no lights .now I have to order more and he is coming back .he will charge me again for his time , what if there wonky again 😬 do not buy!!

Although I like the item I feel it has been a return. This is because the head of the plastic screw which secured the cable was damaged so much so it could be released. Because of the item always being out of stock we decided to rectify this ourselves by drilling out the screw. We will have to improvise now. Also the tissue wrapping paper was torn and crumpled as though it had been re wrapped and there was extra tape in the box

Spotted on Instagram and decided to order the Hoxton pendant light 3 required for kitchen extension. First order received contained one glass shade no fittings at all, another had a scratch to the glass, large bubble marks on glass . In total 8 lights ordered all questionable quality. Reported to M & S customer service twice no explanation v poor just refer to another department.Have reordered still waiting for a perfect set

The glass shade was loose in the pendant. Couldn’t tighten up, seemed like maybe some kind of washer was missing. Didn’t like enough to try & fix it with sealant so back it went.
